He was great!! Timing and communication made clear whole way through The girls at the front desk are very unfriendly and rude though and it’s a bit irritating to deal with other young women to be so coy. Literally almost asked the girl what her problem was because the attitude from her being tired shouldn’t be reflected in her CS with customers who don’t want to be in front of her either. Other than that, the actual repair tech representative made up for the lack of CS with my first interactions with Hendrick. So (10) is for him solely, and if he wasn’t assigned, this survey wouldn’t reflect these scores at all.
