The team here was phenomenal from start to finish. Very personable and easy to work with, provided me updates every 2-3 days and worked along great with my insurance company to provide fast service with high quality. Gary Shelley is a true professional and expert in his skills. He repaired my rear ended 2026 model Y Tesla with quality care ensuring that the paint color matched exactly, that the car was finished on time, and Tesla parts were replaced up to standard. Gary provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. His communication was excellent, and he genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. When I picked up my Tesla, the repairs looked great, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
