Jennifer was excellent to deal with, but when she was out (sick I believe) no one thought to provide me the update that my vehicle would still not be ready. I was told that the owner would look into the status and call me back. When she did she was rude (coughed in my ear for several seconds before identifying herself without apologizing) and unapologetic about the additional delay and my extra rental expense over a weekend.
