Some improvements could be done in this area. For example, all emails went to my husband, and I was the owner of the vehicle. Additionally, I was told twice that I would receive a form to approve the repairs. I was headed out of town, and did not receive the emails until after I left town. I was told the car would probably be ready on Monday for pick up, but I didn't receive a call. I called on Tuesday and the car was done on Monday. It would have been nice to receive a call just to confirm the car was ready.
