Tucker was extremely communicative and the cars exterior looks great! My car was also vacuumed which I was not expecting, very kind! The only reason I can't put a 10 is because there is something with the engine making my car shake at red lights, stop signs, and in park. I am not mechanically inclined so I am not sure if it is a knock or the engine mount, but overall it was my first experience with this shop and I highly recommend them. Seamless process and how they effectively communicate made the entire process ...legitimately stress free.
