Caliber was very timely in getting me in for an estimate, coordinating work to be done and also reaching out help schedule a rental car for me. Once I got my car back, it was a dream and couldn't that anything had happened to it.

They made it very easy to drop off and pick up my vehicle. They also personally introduced me to the staff member who would be handling my repair (Brandon) and he kept me informed of the car damage and their progress on it each step of the way. As an added perk, they made me feel very welcome and valued by providing coffee, water, popcorn and dog treats. It's clear that they are doing their best to be the best!

It's clear that they are doing their best to be the best. I was introduced to the person whonwould be in charge of my repairs (Brandon) and he kept me informed throughout the process. The repair was completed beautifully in record time and was a seamless process. They did all they could to make it as convenient, personable and professional as possible. They coordinated withbthe car rental company and even provided coffee, water, popcorn and dog treats (though, they were so quick, I hardly had time to consume my popcorn and water). Bravo to the Caliber Collision team!
