Every one was great until the last days. When I called about my car, the person I spoke seemed annoyed and impatient that I called. I understand there was a transition happening there, but it still wasn't good customer service

Came for pickup and part of the bumper wasn't aligned, I pointed it out then after explaining why the tech took it back and fixed it in like 10 minutes. (Why not just have done that before I come to get it if it was so easy). Then I get home and look under and the splash guard wasn't replaced, called and they had no problem getting it back in to put that on. But it took a couple extra hours of my time taking it back and forth extra to get the entire job done correctly.
