Overall I am very satisfied with this process I would definitely give it a 9.7 out of 10. The staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Communication was great and expectations were outlined clearly. My only complaint is that there is a portion of my car that has a visible paint run that I personally feel is significant but otherwise I am very pleased with the workmanship.

I didn't receive my vehicle back from the day the day that I was day that.it would completed and they called about a week later to tell me that they had to order part and it was on national back order and then it wouldn't be arriving until October but we could come and pick up the car now and then bring it back after it arrives

Past champions was very accommodating my car was fixed the only issue was the driver side window motor it was burning out and crashed champions went above and beyond and bought a new one for me and installed it and now it works brand new

Thanks to Gracie, Heather, and Jason for a job well done. I was completely satisfied with the process and communication along the way. When I went to pick up my car, I wasn’t happy with the paint match and one of the trim pieces wasn’t adhering to the body panel correctly (not their fault). They understood my concerns, ordered a new part, did the repair over again without question, and accomplished it in a timely manner. They consistently let me know what was going on, and made the whole process as easy and seamless as possible for me. In the end, I was very happy with the quality of the work as well as their concern for my satisfaction in the repair.
