Ian was fantastic and professional he explained all the repairs and time it would take to complete the repairs. He also took care of getting me a rental car and handled everything with the insurance company. He made this fender bender stress free. Hats off to Ian and the team at heritage. I called 4 shops before Heritage, who told me they couldnt do anything until June. Then i called Dan who had me come by the same day to protect my car from further damage. When I arrived, Ian explained me through the process and answered all my questions. My car went in a week and a half later, was repaired in the estimated timeframe, and looks like nothing was ever damaged. Everything about the interactions and service was fantastic and im very appreciative of their time and assistance :) I've already started recommending their shop to those around me. Thank you
