The repair and cycle time was great, the communication could have been better. The insurance company or anyone at the body shop didn’t communicated the repair estimate, status and estimated completion date/time. I’m OK with all of this, but just feedback.

Car looked great and was clean. Missed a dent on the left side. Had a weird thing happen with the quote for replacing the left drivers side mirror. Will call the owner this next week.
