The folks at Milford Hertrich were ncie to work with. I was given multiple updates via text and phone call along the process. The repairs are almost unnoticeable entirely. The only complaint I have is when they replaced my headlight on one side, they did not match the bulbs so I now have two different color bulbs and they did not align the headlights. Also I made mention of my tonneau cover being damaged in the accident and it appears they did not attempt to repair it. Besides those two complaints with the work itself, the staff were very knowledgeable and polite and a pleasure to work with.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient my vehicle was taken care of. My contact person Joe was excellent from start to finish. He provided me with updates frequently which means a lot to a person in the uncertain situation. The work was great and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The repair to my door was great! The only complaint I would have is that the rubber floor mat that was on my drivers side was replaced by a carpet floor mat? Being that my car is a BMW the floor mats were not cheap. Would have liked to know why it was switched out when I picked up my vehicle?

There is a large paint run on the front bumper. A large bubble of paint is clearly visible. The Start/Stop button on the center console was also damaged.
