Hertrich kept me well informed, except they kept saying the car was on schedule for the 25th, which was great! However; I received a call ove 2 weeks early saying the car was ready for pickup, my problem arose because I was working 12+ hour days and I had to scramble to set up the pick up of the car. Overall, from what I can see, Hertrich did a great job! Its only day 3 of driving my car again so I hope it stays this way and issues dont arrise.
