The time to complete the repair was stated as 3 weeks when I was deciding to get the work done at Hertrich. I realized there could be circumstances that could extend that date. I picked up my car yesterday afternoon! It was one day shy of 10 weeks in your shop. That is just too long. I was told they were a man short of normal. I understand that. 10 weeks is still way too long. I use that vehicle in my business. It has a hitch and I have a small 2 wheel trailer to move a stove or dryer in one of my rental properties. In conclusion, my only issue has centered on the job taking way too long.

The quality of the repairs to my 2019 Toyota Sienna was very good. The body repairs and the painting were exceptional. The rear taillight fits perfectly, as good as new. The safety items that wouldn't work after I was hit now work. The repairs were very good Thank You!!!
