The Hewlett Collision Center is family-owned and operated. As part of the Hewlett dealerships, we have been satisfying customers for almost five decades. Our experienced team will confidently answer all of your questions and will guide you through the complete repair process. The Hewlett Collision Center is both a GM, Corvette and VW Certified Collision Repair Facility (CCRF). As a Certified Collision Repair Facility (CCRF) and ICAR Gowe have the specialized tools and equipment required to return your vehicle to factory specifications. We follow strict mandated repair procedures from the manufacturer and our technicians have access to exclusive manufacturer technical tools and information from General Motors and Volkswagen. Our specialists receive extensive factory training on all GM and VW models including the highly sophisticated Corvette. Hewlett Collision Center can also handle all other makes and models and is a preferred repairer for Kia North.

I always had to call for updates. I was not given proactive communication from Hewlett. I was originally told it woudl tkae several weeks to get in. I asked if we could do it sooner and I didn't hear back. I called a couple of days later and was told, yes, we can get you in next week. This kind of thing happened in almost all interactions. It felt as if the advisor was too busy with the amount of jobs he was managing and he did not have time to keep me updated.
