Everyone was so very kind!! My car looks amazing!! They finished 3 days early which was so exciting and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely go back if I ever need anything. They let me use a rental car for free which was beyond awesome since I have 4 kids and a lot of sports so I needed a car and my insurance didn’t cover a free rental. Thanks so very much to all who helped me out and made the experience very simple for me.

I was very impressed on my visit to Hi-Tech Auto Body. I had a class in the afternoon and was nervous about being late. I also got a flat tire the night before and had a donut on. I scheduled with them for first thing in the morning. I was there at opening and the repairman had my bumper set up on the bench for installation before I got there. My tire had sidewall damage and was unrepairable. They had a used tire in good condition that matched nicely. The job was finished well in time for me to get to class with time to spare. I drove in with my car looking like Frankenstein and I drove out looking shiny and new again. Thank you so much!

The front office staff were extremely unfriendly. Personalaties of a wall. Didn’t offer a loaner when we initially booked. Have used you twice before but didn’t remember loaner cars. Had a deeper scratch on front valance I wanted fixed. Adam gave me a line of bull about removing grills and bumper to fix. 800.00!! I had also wanted trunk lid painted. Probably not part of estimate, but I guess too busy or just didn’t care. I use to hold Hi Tech as my go to for towing at least once, and twice while waiting from Camdenton. You painted my cars now at least three times. After this last experience I think you’ve devolved into just another body shop among the many. Sorry Alan let it get this way.

Front end of my car looks great. Was told the car would be done in a timely manner and it was. A few parts were held up, but that goes along with everything else that’s going on in this world. Not their fault. This is the third time they have worked on my car and the job is always done to the standards and above.
