We asked for the rear view camera to be fixed/readjusted because it moved from the impact but wasn't. Also the clarity of the camera seems to be off as well. Other than that they were polite, helpful and quick

Higbie Collision took my car, did not give me an estimate on the costs and didn’t give a damn. A customer should know how much repairs are going to cost them and agree to the price before you start working on their cars. I will never ever go there again.
