High Sierra Collision is the only place I trust to get my car done. They don’t waste your time by talking negative about the insurance company and telling you all the details about insurance companies. They get the job and they do it right! Representative was very nice there! I totally recommend this place over any other place in Susanville. Yes, i’ve been to all the others. High Sierra is awesome!’ The best by far!!!

What an awesome place of business. Rob was polite, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. They got the job done and did a great job repairing my wife’s Subaru. I would never recommend this shop to my worst enemy, you would have to be crazy to recommend this shop.

They did not fulfill their obligation in a timely manner, it took 3 months to complete. And than when I had picked up the vehicle, come to find out they still needed to do an alignment and replace a rim. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
