Assessment of damage was fair and explained well; time to get parts was reasonable; time to get repair done was very good and met promised time; staff was very attentive to me and my needs. I would recommend High Tech highly, and I go there anytime I need repair work.

My Allstate Insurance uses High-Tech Auto Body as an approved body shop to send vehicles there through their claims process and now I know. Because High Tech makes Allstate look SO good because their customer service and level of communication are outstanding. My car was hit and I promptly took it to High Tech and within 24 hours I had a quote and it was approved by insurance to proceed with the repairs. My car was not ready on time and was delayed but Joel at High Tech acknowledged it was because of certain circumstances beyond anyone's control and offered to continue to pay for my rental well beyond my allotted time. I cannot thank Joel and the whole Hight Tech team enough for their time and effort and in getting my car all fixed up and returning my life back to a sense of normalcy!

I have used High Tech auto body on several of my projects over the years, Joel and team are the only people who are more detail oriented than I am when it comes to my cars, the quality of the paint on my parts is better than oem and the color match is something they take very seriously. The manager was so very nice and very accommodating. They did a wonderful job on my car. I can’t believe it only took two weeks. They did an amazing job. I would recommend this place to anyone any employees there were also very kind.
