He started out at age 15 working at his uncle’s auto body shop, and he owned Corken Auto Body prior to opening HRCC in 1998. I am happy with the service you provided. I would have appreciated more feedback from the time my car was towed to your shop. I thought repairs began after the appraiser came on Thursday 10/10, but they didn’t even start to my knowledge for another week after that. It would have been great to receive updates during that time. I was unaware that what was originally described as about a 10 day job would be extended to nearly 4 weeks.

Michelle was extremely helpful any time I called with questions about the insurance, and even rental car, process. Kyle was very helpful reassuring me and helping me with through the estimate for my repairs. The updates sent via email were appreciated. Work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. The office was clean and comfortable. The complimentary refreshments were a nice touch, as well as the thank you that I was given at pick up. I also appreciated that the rental car I had was dropped there and they took care of the return for me. I would definitely recommend HRCC to others.
