We did have issues with the door night properly aligning and also the door was not put back properly causing my parking brake to stick and having to tow the vehicle to our mechanic. HRCC did resolve both issues to my satisfaction.

It was an amazingly impressive service experience from the initial estimate appointment to the drop off and pick up of the vehicle. They were quick and time abiding. We got our vehicle rite on time even though they found some additional work. I am so glad that I picked them for the repairs. I would recommend them to everyone.

They kept in contact with me the entire time the car was being repaired. The car looked like new where repairs were done. The car was cleaned and detailed prior to be picked up. I will reccomend highlands ranch collision to anyone in need of body work.

The replacement of the roof and hood of our Acura RDX was good. What was not good was the fact that the vehicle's battery was dead when we picked it up and had to be assisted with a charge. The next morning when we attemped to start the car in our garage the battery was again dead and had to be jumped later by cables to our other car and I was told that the interior light associated with the roof replacement had been inadverently left at some point. Upon taking the vehicle to our dealership, the battery was completely dead and, although it is relatively old, is having to be replaced. I stressed over the weekend that there may have been some loose wire that was discharging the battery and that would be hard to fine. I also thought that if the battery had been charged a couple of times during the 31 days that you had the vehicle, the battery may have better survived the experience.
