Generally, I think the shop did a good job, but the lack of communication was very frustrating. At the end of the day we still don’t know exactly the extent of the damage because the invoice is not really easy to read. The shop superintendent or foreman should’ve come out and explained things to us.

Customer service was poor. Not once did we get a call initiated from the shop to let us know about the progress of the repairs. We constantly had to call and a few days to get updates even though the girl at the counter told me she would call, she never did.
