Communication could have been better. When they came across a problem that was not anticipated, I should be been notified on how to proceed to fix it and what the additional cost would be. I was given an estimate of $3800 on what it would cost to repair the problem/damage that I asked to be repaired. When it was all said and done, the only thing that they told me was that the repair would cost me much more than they had estimated! The right way that they should have addressed it findings was to let me know what was needed and repair the problem and the cost. Instead, they just told me that they found a lot more damage and it would take a lot more money to repair.

Paint job mainly what I expected but overspray repair should never have gotten to me. Painter of estimator should catch this and fix.
