They were courteous, professional, fully attentive. The repair was great, the car beautiful, on and out, when o picked it up. Igor prevailed in an attempt to reduce the repair with a less complete approach. My only reason for not giving a full 10 was because it took longer than projected, which may have been beyond their control. Overall, I was pleased by their attention and the work,

The communication throughout the repair process was impeccable; I received timely updates, which was greatly appreciated. When I picked up my car, I was amazed by the quality of the work.
