Not completely satisfied, but know it was out of your control. I have always been treated quickly and fairly. By not receiving the parts in a timely manner, it was inconvenient for me. I realize you can't do the work til you get the parts, unfortunately. The work was well done. Thank you

The repair itself looks good. I was a bit disappointed in the notification process. Initially, I was pleased to see the email telling me my car's estimate. However, i never received updates to let me know when it would be completed. I had to make several phone calls to discover when I could retrieve my car. The last email came telling me I had picked up my car when I was actually on the way to get it. Update interim emails, such as the initial email indicated, would have been welcomed.
