A colleague of mine recommended Hines Park Collision and referred me to their Body Shop Manager Aaron. I called the next day and Aron took me through the process and basically all I had to do was drop off the vehicle. He and his team stepped up and gave me a sincere sense of confidence and appreciation as a customer. Once he reviewed the estimate - he took all the worry and concerns . The process was simple and well defined. The repairs and work were next level, I feel my truck looks better ever before. Knowing that I travel for work , Aaron even came in on Saturday to open the shop, so I could finalize my transaction with him. I also had the pleasure of tour of his facility and met some of his employees. The final detailing of my truck and the walk through review were well appreciated!!! Aaron thank you for your professionalism and the time and consideration you gave me.
