The customer communication from Michelle at the Collison Shop was terrible. Dan Riva helped me out in a respectful manner. I picked up my vehicle and the alignment was off. I picked it up the following day. I will never recommend Hines Park Collison. Matter of fact, the word is out of how bad my experience was to everyone I know.

Michelle was horrible customer service when it came to communicating on the phone. Always seemed like she inconvenienced when I would call to check the status of my vehicle at the Collision shop. When I spoke with the men, they seemed more customer friendly. However Michelle does answer your phones. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the alignment was off. I don't know if things have changed in the past, but it was in for a repair of hitting a pole. I would think those would be one of the things first checked. Then that kept it after I had to return it after paying the bill!! Terrible service 😑
