Honestly I'm only putting "no" because it asked if I was completely satisfied with my experience. Overall the work that was done was excellent and the timeliness was good as well. The only thing that brought this experience from 5 stars to 4.5 was that lack of communication. Twice I had to leave multiple messages on your answering machine before I heard back which left me a bit frustrated. I understand that you're likely busy, but even so because everything else was so exceptional it stood out to me. Thank you overall!

Thw craftsmanship was fantastic! The only minor details were the side panel of the driver seat was still broken and the front bumper wasn't clipped in but I'm glad it will be repaired in July when I come in again
