My only complaint is that Hite kept promising completion of the job and then not having the car ready. I realize that the job had a few delays but it would have been better if they had "promised long and delivered early". I'm also puzzled at the cost. I only had to pay an insurance deductible but the original estimate was ~$2500 and the final bill was $5000 greater. I'm happy with the final work but would have thought twice about fixing it had I realized the total cost.
