No communication. Had to call every other day to know the status otherwise there are no updates being provided after vehicle drop-off that when the repairs are started, whats the progress or whats the estimated completion date until I called myself. Even calling and getting to talk someone was a pain as mostly its either goes to voicemail or they keep us on hold for more than 10-15 minutes. Tough experience.

The car is well repaired, and the office staff was very helpful and keeping me updated about when it would be fixed. It did take much longer than I thought that I think this was not their fault. It was due just to getting parts in a timely fashion, I am very happy with my service. Thank you very much.

The workmanship and repair was excellent. I am very pleased with the technicians working at Hoffman. I did not have a good experience with communication between the insurance company and Hoffman. I was told two different timelines by two different employees at Hoffman and the insurance claim adjuster also told me conflicting information that did not match with what the Hoffman representative was telling me. I know that someone was lying to me and the claims adjuster at the insurance company assured me that her conversations are always recorded. Ultimately, I did lose some trust in the Hoffman brand because of all of the conflicting information that I was receiving. I ended up being very stressed out and trying to arrange a time to pick up my vehicle because I was only given 1 hour notice and I work a full-time job so it was very hard for me to be able to leave work in order to get to Hoffman before they close with such late notice. Tiffany was a big help

The extended delays which cost me money on the rental car at the place you preferred we use. Every time we checked there was a parts problem and when we were told it was going to be ready it became tomorrow then that became tomorrow then that became Monday etc etc..
