Very quick service. Did not have to wait to fill out a lot of paperwork. Just dropped off and picked up. Staff was very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. Truck was cleaned and repairs look great. Thank you

After the work is done, make sure are the features/ amenities of the car are fully functional. You guys did a fantastic job on my car repairs, but the passenger door that was replaced didn't have a functioning door lock. I had to bring it back to be fixed. :( Other than that, everything was great! Thank you!!!

I must say all was courteous, timely and the enterprise car rental being so nearby as to enable my leaving my car for repair with easy transportation home a plus. I was shocked to note, however that the repair cost was about $300 more than the estimate I had gotten for the same work at another auto body shop beforehand. Geico handled the cost because I was not responsible but it was an eye opener for me to note how this industry operates.

Everything was handled in a professional manner and with courtesy and respect. The process was explained to me so that I could understand it. I was not set aside or put on hold; things were addressed in a timely manner. Well organized team. From the time I first stopped by to talk with George and then dropping my car off, to being kept up to date with emails @ any additional work, and the promised time for completion was met; it was evident they know what they are doing. AND THEY DO IT WELL!
