The repair itself was great, as was the pricing. I received no correspondence, I'm still waiting on a receipt, I had to chase every time, even when the car was fixed.

I have completely lost all trust in Hoffman repair

The car is incredibly broken. The steering wheel isn’t straight, the transmission shifts itself into neutral, the parking sensors are seeing “ghost cars” at every light, and the wheel you replaced was a different color than the other 3 wheels. I am incredibly dissatisfied and it’s amazing the shoddy repair work didn’t cause an accident. This was a Geico repair, and I am coordinating with them to get the issues and numerous errors you had fixed at a shop I can trust. I can be reached at 860-878-0783

Very easy process with friendly and helpful staff. The transaction was so seamless and my car looks just as new as when I bought it. It was told it would take up to 3 weeks however it only took 2 including having back to back snowstorms. Thank you Hoffman.
