Am totally dissatisfied in the manner i was dealt with, and how my car situation was handled... George was very rude and disrespectful on a couple of occasions..So i kept my cool and act naive to his behavior...

Communication with customer service very poor.. I had to call to get information about my car, and the part owner of the shop needs to go.. Or probably that's his way of dealing with MINORITIES...

It took a long time to get the car back (December 23 - January 19) but that may be due to the holidays and the age of the car. Still I wish that I had some idea how long it would take. I ended up with a white rather than gold spare tire cover but I guess there were no gold ones left. As I opened the back door it struck me that one of the small covers is missing not from the door but where the door closes. Maybe it got lost in the shuffle. I cannot prove that it was ever there but it really stuck out to me when I opened the door. Too bad that they did not encourage me to look at the work before driving off. It is not worth going back for. Overall the work seems to have been well done.
