If Hoffman put as much effort in communicating when things were happening as much as they do with follow up the rating would be much better. We were in the dark the entire time. Let customers know that parts arrived. Let them know those stages and how things are tracking. I would also have expected that the vehicle would have been detailed. A new rim was added but all the other rims had brake dust make the vehicle look odd. The workmanship looks good but details matter on all other aspects of the job

I was very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle, but the timeframe was ridiculous. They had my car for about a month. The customer service from Tiffany was horrible, but George was great.
