My car was in an accident caused the engine light and attraction light The assistant manager told me it did not cause by the accident when indeed there was no light on my car before the accident so my car did not fix. I have to take it to a different shop to be fixed so I’m very disappointed in the service I receive.

Repair seems ok but no one went over the repaired area with me to discuss and see if I was satisfied… the car was just brought up and I was told the keys were in the car

When dropping off the car I had no issues but the expected repair date changed several times. Communication was HORRIBLE! I was communicated via text for all completion delays but sent an email when the car was ready. The car sat there for 5 additional days because I don’t check email , no one called , no text as usual means of communication… I incurred additional rental fees, staff was rude told me to take it up with my insurance… after much arguing they took off some of my deductible owed to cover the cost … I expected much better from Hoffman which is why I brought my car to the dealership for repairs
