Karly is really knowledgeable and great at customer service. There was a miscommunication between Hoffman and Enterprise but could have been Geico’s fault as they were communicating directly with me and not Hoffman. In the end I’m told Hoffman is handling it so all okay.

From the back, the car looks great. The back lid looks good, and fit of rear door is great. The color match is good, but the slightly pebbled or orange peeled texture on driver side of rear quarter-panel is disappointing.
