the collision took out the driver's side tail light and bumper with damage to the hatch. the body work is great and repainting match very good. the tail light was not working when I went to Valvoline to get an oil change.

I called once and before I could explain the reason for the call, the CSR was telling me when the shop manager could call me back. a decal needed to be removed from the rear hatch. It was not expensive but no call to me to say that to fix the hatch properly the sticker would have to come off or to give me the sticker (or its remains) when I picked up the car

Overall experience was well! Very communicative with every update! The finish results looks great & brand new! I would have given a 10/10 if trash and old parts weren’t in the back seat of my vehicle when picked up. I really disliked that! But overall thank you for fixing outside of my car!
