Some systems not reconnected when truck reassembly/repair was completed, needing me to bring it back. And was told they would have to bring to a Ford dealership. So why was this Ford pickup truck taken in by Hoffman in the first place? I know there is the arrangement with GEICO but does Hoffman have the option to refuse repairs if it's a newer model with technology that would take an inordinate amount of time to repair?
