I have to say, that this time using hoffman collision center I was disappointed. After bringing my car in for the initial repairs and then having to bring it back due to some issues to then pick it up with still a hood that doesn't sit how it is suppose to is still very frustrating to me. I was told that it was my insurance companies fault that you were forced to use non honda parts causing the issues and that the end result of the repairs was "the best you could do" was a bit shocking. At one point also after the initial repair, I was told after I noticed the parts were not fitting right that "you thought I wouldn't mind since it was an older car". I was simply taken back by that statement. I take great care of my car and was insulted by that comment. I left your establishment with my car the second time and was not satisfied and simply taken back by the whole experience. Questionable if I would consider using hoffman in the future due to this experience.
