I am disappointed with my recent service experience. The repair took over three weeks despite an initial estimate of two. Getting an update was nearly impossible; the automated phone system made reaching a person frustrating, and receiving a basic update via text felt unprofessional for a delay of this length. While I understand the excuse provided was being “extremely busy”, poor communication and delayed responses are unacceptable. Coincidentally, the vehicle was only completed after I made repeated attempts to reach someone. Additionally, transparency regarding credit card processing fees would have been appreciated upfront, as I would have paid in cash to avoid the extra charge.

Everyone was extremely helpful. Just an fyi...every once in awhile, when the light hits the Durango a certain way, you can see little ripples in some spots.

I was told my car would be there for 3 days and it was there for 9. I was okay with that, however, not one person communicated with me about it. I called twice to inquire and was sent to a voicemail. I received a text that someone would call me with a status but nobody did.

Our car upon pick up was perfect and returned to the condition it was in prior to being caught in the straight line wind that blew a roof off and hit us with plywood and brick. We were very pleased with this repair!
