In 1917, Edward Eugene Hollingsworth moved to Savannah from Rex, GA and opened Hollingsworth Auto Service on Liberty and Price Streets. Now in its fourth generation of family ownership and providing quality collision repair, Hollingsworth Auto Repair continues its commitment to customer service and to do the best repairs possible. Hollingsworth Auto Service is a full-service auto body repair shop located in Savannah’s Historic District. We are a Direct Repair provider for several insurance companies, but we will work with all insurance companies. Our DRP relationships allow us to offer streamlined, efficient repairs, with the same great quality and customer service provided to all of our valued customers. My head lights were not putting back on right they point to the left side and my signal light is not working and it was fine when I dropped off my car. The car didn't feel stable anymore.

Cam was great to work with. The only snag was that Liberty Mutual only covered 10 days of rental but Hollingsworth had my car for 14 days. I have been trying to talk to someone at the insurance company about it but have not received any response.

The gaps are not even where the repairs were done and my headlights are not lined up correctly. I was supposed to hear from your shop earlier this week about a price gouging situation that was done without my approval because the person doing my account assumed that I wanted to service. Which he admitted doing it, but I had to pay for it. I’ve not heard anything, and when I inquired about this when I was picking up my car, the production manager came out and told me he was gonna hold my car to the situation was resolved so out of discuss about being taken advantage I had no choice, but to leave. It was by word-of-mouth saying y’all do quality work. I’m afraid I cannot say that to anybody. I will be suggesting not to deal with your shop and the person that y’all use for the ceramic coat services.
