Holmen Custom, Collision & Service is a family owned auto repair & service business that has been serving the community since 2002. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs. The owner has an obsession with classic cars. He always has a new project going on. We repair all vehicles from old to new. Also, we repair motorcycles, boats, trailers and so far, one helicopter!

Better communication when vehicle would be ready. Was initially told Wednesday but no contact until we placed call late Wednesday. Then told Thursday but no follow up, then told Friday but no status call that day either until we called again.

The wrong parts got ordered for my repair. I understand things like this happen. Maybe even multiple times, but when they do happen your shop should be contacting me to let me know there will be a delay in completing the work.
