The owner has an obsession with classic cars. He always has a new project going on. We repair all vehicles from old to new. Also, we repair motorcycles, boats, trailers and so far, one helicopter!

The truck looks nice, but the parking sensor has been going off at stop signs first thing in the mornings. Doesn't seem to happen after my first stop sign or two. Not sure why.

The outside looks great. I am hearing grinding in my front brake on that side. I did call and left a message regarding this, wondering if anything was seen when the alignment was done. Waiting for a call back at 608-386-0355.

Communication back-and-forth was lacking, as well as the time that it took to get the job done. I understand there can be staff issues, but keeping people appraised on the front side rather than having me such as a customer have to be reactionary as a problem. Had Ryan not called the second time, I’m ready to take my business elsewhere. I’ve been a customer for a long time there. I’m not a fan of all the changes, but I get it.
