I have a friend that owns another excellent shop in town, and I went with Hood’s because of the customer service when walking through the front door. First impressions are a big deal in my book.

Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The body work was perfect and the painter did an amazing job blending into the door panel to make it a seamless finish. You can’t tell there was any previous damage. Hood’s is one of the best shops in town.

JC did an excellent job beginning with introducing himself and shaking my hand when I walked through the front door, creating an estimate and scheduling a day to begin repairs. I was also kept informed of progress via text messages which made things extremely easy. The work was finished a day earlier then anticipated nd to complete satisfaction. I also had small interactions with several other employees and all were friendly and positive experiences.

My Experience

Amazing work overall and the alignment done was excellent. Patched a tire that was unrelated to the accident. I was disappointed that my rear rim wasn't replaced since it was scratched up and the body still had a scratch but I know someone else's insurance was paying for it so I understand. Rims are expensive and it wasn't as bad as the one that was replaced. I'm confident that if I was paying for it, it would've looked pristine because the work done was great. Communication was good and all of the staff were excellent.
