The Receptionist was great, Jeff some how thinks the more he talks the more he smoothes things over. Less talk more honesty, check the work over and insure customer is getting the break put on, the correct tire, actually replaced the sensor

We were Disappointed that the entire truck was not painted. 3/4 of the truck was painted because that’s what insurance covered and we wish Horne would’ve Called us to let us know that. Now it doesn’t match as well as it should have. The part that they were paired though was done well

I would never recommend anyone have their vehicles repaired here.

Initial work was terrible. Snow hasn’t cleared enough to recheck it but from the outside they got it right the 3rd time. Slipped having to retrieve it from the back lot and wrenched my knee and blew out my back. Never bring your vehicle here!
