Horn's Collision Center is proud of our state of the art facility and our professional, friendly staff. At Horn's every stage of the repair process is critical, from simple dent repair, to unibody correction, mechanical, suspension repairs as well as the refinishing process. We pay attention to detail at Horn's. Our technical staff is made up of quality craftsmen. Our technicians are I-CAR and ASE certified and continues to attend training to stay up to date on the latest vehicle technology and repair procedures. We have been honing the repair process over our 30 plus year history. All repairs performed by Horn's come with a limited lifetime warranty that protects you as long as you own the vehicle. Additionally, we go beyond our doors to pursue and insure excellence. The pdr guy did not fix any of the dents in the rear passenger door and I paid 100 dollars for it. Also two tabs on the bumper in the grill were painted white (I think originally they are a dark color) so it sticks out visually.

Where do I start… the good things is you guys got the most out of the insurance company as possible and we’re friendly… The bad was I was missing stuff from the car like covers for interior and exterior… A 2x4 from the trunk was missing… A roll of tape was found in my engine bay… My headlights got re-cleared and after the repair one headlight was blown out… Some orange peel… Car was dusty inside and out, finger prints everywhere… New side window molding clips broken and was scuffed… Will probably find more issues everything just seemed rushed, little things were overseen and makes me wonder if anything else was neglected or overlooked… I probably won’t be back because of the numerous issues I found…
