We've purchased/leased a few cars from Hoselton and have had most of the needed service done there too. No complaints about sales or service departments, but the length of time collision took with this vehicle was quite troublesome.

While I am pleased with the quality of the work done on my car, I am quite disappointed at the length of time repairs took. The accident was February 20th and your collision dept. assessed damage the next morning. I was told to bring car back on March 10 as parts needed to be ordered and was told it would take between 7 and 9 days to complete. Throughout the next 2 1/2 months, I was given periodic updates, but was also forced to pay for a rental vehicle as my insurance rental coverage ran out after 30 days. That cost was approximately $1,100. Due to the nature of my job, I MUST have a drivable vehicle every day I work (Monday thru Saturday), so I really had no choice. I was glad that when I picked up the car after repairs were finally complete ( May 27th) Justin in collision offered to cover 1/2 my deductible ($250), but that's still over $800 out of my pocket that I wouldn't have had to pay had the repairs been completed within the estimated time period.
