Howe Auto Body is a full sevice collision repair facility servicing all makes and models. We are a family owned and operated auto body repair business located in Plymouth, Michigan. Having over 35 years experience in the business, we offer our clients the finest auto bodywork and Lifetime Warranty. Our shop uses state-of-the-art equipment including high-end paint booths with downdraft bake ovens. Our technicians are I-CAR trained. We are members of the Automotive Service Association, Plymouth and Detroit Chambers of Commerce, and The Better Business Bureau of Detroit. Who ever thought of the idea to communicate the progress of my car via email was brilliant!! It let me know what was happening in every stage of repair without needing to call as well as saving time on your end not having to answer a phone call!! The workmanship was very good and Iâm sure we will be using your services again if ever needed....(hopefully not????).

My only concern here was that before making a claim, I got a quote from a different auto body shop. After making the claimand being told that the easier method was to take the vehicle to a AAA certified auto body shop, I took it to Howe. When I got the final bill, I noticed that the price billed to AAA was literally twice the amount of the first quote I had received from the other collision shop. No wonder insurance rates keep getting higher!

When I came to pick up the car, the phone rang. Instead of telling the caller he was helping a customer, he made me stand there while he took down information and explained the repair process. The person in person should always be given priority especially because I was there first. Other than that, the customer service was good.

My car looked perfect. Even the interior was spotless when I picked it up. Hopefully I donât have to, but if I need to I will definitely use them again
