Fiasco renting a car. Was told I could rent from there, until the last minute when I am waiting to leave with it, and they said I could not because I only have liability insurance. Seems like something that could have been discussed before me dropping my car off and ready to leave woth it. Had to scramble to enterprise and was late to work, and they hardly seemed to care at all. Also asked for an oil change while my car was down there, was told I'd have to make another appointment and bring it back bc of insurance again, once again could've been told sooner. Also called me to tell me at 330pm so my car was down there until 4 the next day anyway bc I can't leave work on that short of notice
