Raul Macias kept my wife updated on status of parts and when to expect the repairs to be done. He conducted himself respectfully and courteously with my wife. They did an excellent job repairing her Mercedes.

Everyone there at Hoy body shop is very friendly. We dealt with René and he Was Very Understanding. He worked with us. He kept us on track. He let us know what and when things were happening and we would recommend them to anybody even though they are in El Paso, Texas, and we are in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I was happy w Rene keeping me up to date on the repair progress, but Allstate ( the other party’s insurance) nickeled and dimed us on the parts. There are several issues with the truck that still needs to be addressed but I will get w Rene when he gets back from out-of-town.

I had a great experience with Hoy Body Shop! They repaired my Lexus RX 350, and Gilbert was amazing throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and delivered my vehicle a day earlier than promised. Since this was my first time dealing with a repair like this, I really appreciated his communication and professionalism.

They wanted to deliver it to me with the front glass broken, since it was not broken, in addition the car goes to a side that also that problem did not bring it, and signed delivery before inspecting it, thank you
