My car was return to me worse than what it looked like prior to the accident. Whether or not my vehicle has had prior repairs, those repairs prior were way better then what Hoys-Fox Collision Center did on my car. I will definitely won't be taking my vehicles in the future to Hoys-Fox. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction nowadays.

The service was exceptional! Joe Barraza was knowledgeable, efficient and made certain that his decisions coincided with my needs. He fully explained everything regarding parts, insurance and vehicle rental. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. I never felt like an inconvenience. Best customer service Thank you.

Everything looked great, the work was good except for my trunk, which i think was replaced. It has sun damage and scratches that are very noticeable. The paint is also chipping off on the trunk. Everything else looked fine.

Hoy Fox Collision staff in El Paso are absolutely awesome! The atmosphere as soon an I walk in is clean and smells great but most importantly I was immediately acknowledged as soon as I walked in. The staff is very kind and professional I would definitely recommend this specific place to anyone that needs repairs to their vehicle. You guys should feel honored to have such a committed group of people working for you!
