Updates did not come through automatically as promised. However, staff were always friendly when I called or stopped by in person. Perhaps they don't know the updates aren't sending and they are relying on a system that is letting them down? Cohesiveness of rentals is super nice with it being in the same place!

They never called to let us know the parts did not come in. We had to call. The parts did not come in for almost 4 weeks.
