Again...very unsure at this point because I don't know exactly who's job it was repairing what but I will say this.......As far as the business it was brought to........if I were you and it came back from Mayse sounding and feeling the same way as the customer dropped it off, I would reach right back out to mayse before allowing it to be released back to the customer

I'm not sure how to rate on this scale exactly because I'm not sure who did what? If we are talking about body work alone you get a 10! But as for the functionality of our car (the main reason we filed a claim) and the way it came back to us, then I rate that at less than a 1! If Mayse did that it's a 1 but at this point i cant say i completely satisfied when im not. The only reason we filed a claim through insurance was due to the sounds it was making after the accident. It still makes the same awful sounds and feels the same (which only occurred after the accident) as it does now after thousands in repairs? It feels as though nothing was done! Body work looks great but personally the look of our car is not why we contacted insurance. We contacted insurance for the horrible sounds and issues it was having after the accident. I was told the abs sensors was why it sounded and felt that way. If it was repaired for thousands of dollars why does it sound and feel the exact same way it did the day we dropped it off?

Hudson Collision has the best customer service amd they do excellent work. I have worked with a few different people and everytime they are friendly and go over all the details of the process with me. Kris is always super kind, Sherman always follows up if there was a part issue, and I feel comfortable asking questions. Communicating with anyone at Hudson is super easy. I have had work done on my car there multiple times and Nick is always helpful as he goes above and beyond. Hudson Collision always makes the experience smooth.
